I’ve handled complex hillside and cliffside properties, working alongside geologists and engineers to assess bedrock integrity, structural design, and long-term stability—ensuring my clients are protected not just financially, but physically.
I also bring a strong understanding of layout psychology and flow, including principles of feng shui, which I’ve applied in collaboration with high-end clientele and consultants to enhance how spaces are experienced and valued.
Beyond the transaction, I take a hands-on approach to solving problems others often avoid.
